Kellie Dobek, Director of Lean Manufacturing/Plex, Fisher Dynamics
Kellie Dobek is the Director of Lean Manufacturing/Plex Online at Fisher Dynamics. Kellie is a project leader for the Plex Online implementation at Fisher Dynamics, implementing Plex Online in eight manufacturing and stamping facilities spread across four countries. Kellie continues to lead the project through continuous improvements to the system.

Neil De Koker, Founding President, CEO, OESA
Neil De Koker’s 50-year career in the automotive industry includes 23 years with General Motors Corporation, four years at Magna International serving as senior vice president, and four years as President of the Automotive Parts Manufacturers Association of Canada. In addition, he served as senior vice president for Tier 2 supplier companies, The Woodbridge Group and MascoTech Inc.

Doug Hockenbrocht, Partner, Plante Moran
Doug Hockenbrocht is a partner with the technology consulting practice of Plante Moran. He focuses on improving the operations of manufacturers through ERP evaluation, selection and implementation, ERP assessment, project management, best practices in business processes and information technology.
