Jim Shepherd, VP of Strategy, Plex Systems
Jim Shepherd brings 40 years of leadership in manufacturing and technology. Among his many accomplishments, Shepherd was named the first AMR research fellow.

Peter Pearce, Principal, Baker Tilly
Peter Pearce has 15-plus years’ experience in manufacturing IT, focusing on automotive, aerospace/defense and high-tech sectors, among others. He specializes in Cloud ERP business systems implementations, manufacturing operations and IT strategy development.

Ken Garfinkel, CIO, Constar International, Inc.
Ken Garfinkel is the Chief Information Officer of Constar International, a leading supplier of PET containers. Constar has facilities located across the U.S. and Europe.
